Wrexham Murder Further Witness Appeal

Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses following the murder of Craig Maddocks, at the Cambrian Vaults public house in Wrexham.

Detective Superintendent Graham Talbot stated: “We would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance during the initial stages of the investigation.

“A number of witnesses have already come forward, however, having viewed CCTV footage there are still a significant number of people who have not yet been spoken to.”

He added: “We are keen to speak to everyone who was in the Cambrian Vaults public house between 11.30pm on Tuesday 25th June and 01.30am on Wednesday 26th June.”

Anyone with information relating to the incident is urged to call the Major Incident Team on 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

45-year-old Francisco John Prevete has appeared in court, charged with the murder.
