Upcoming Events At The Library
We have been told of two events that are coming up shortly at the library:
European Citizenship Fair 2013
Europe Direct Wrexham is currently organising a European Citizenship fair to be held in Queen’s Square Wrexham on the 21st June.
As this year is being celebrated as the European Year of the Citizen the aim of this event is to inform people of Wrexham of their rights across Wales and the European Union as well as notify people of organisations and support services available locally and across the continent.
The day will be in a form of market place with many organisations attending such as British Council, European Parliament in the UK, Welsh Assembly outreach bus, European Consumer Centre in the UK, Wrexham Library Service, Welfare Reform Information, Economic Development, Glyndwr University as well as others. The event will run in between the hours of 10am and 3pm in between which local people can browse the information stands or take a look inside the Welsh Assembly Bus.
