‘Serious’ Crash On Corner Of Oak Drive And Elm Grove

Emergency services attended an incident in Acton this evening where a car and a motorbike collided.

Six police cars and two ambulances attended the incident which occurred on the corner of Elm Grove and Oak Drive in Acton.

Local onlookers have told Wrexham.com that the incident involved a motorbike and a car, with serious damage visible to both vehicles.

One resident told of how they had heard the noise of a motorbike and then a ‘thud’ shortly after.

The entrance to Elm Grove Road has also been closed off by police.

The bike collided with a car driven by an older couple, badly damaging the car and the bike – as pictured above.

We are told that the man who was on the motorbike has been injured badly by the incident, and has been taken to the Maelor Hospital.
