Further planning permission is being sought to convert the old Bumbles building on Charles St into a Noodle Bar.

Last year permission was granted to operate a Noodle Bar in the building, and it seems with the new application that the intention is to go ahead with the plans as they are asking for further modifications to be allowed.

The plans state 56 outdoor seats in the ‘cafe garden’ with a further 45 inside.

The first floor space was previously used as a restaurant, and the plans do state if the business is a success they could also be reopened.
