The Bar Manager of Voodoo Moon will be shaving his hair off next week to raise money for charity.

Jonty Deynem who has always had long hair, will be raising vital funds for Miles of Smiles.

Based in Chester, Miles of Smiles is a charity that sends sick, disabled and underprivileged children from Chester, the Wirral and North Wales on a trip of a lifetime.

The bar manager, who originally considered taking part in a run or a sky-dive, will be having his hair shaved off in Gozo Hairdressers in town.

Jonty said: “I was going to do a sky dive or a run for charity but thought I would enjoy it too much  so i wanted to something that would scare me and shock a few people.

“I’m getting nervous now I’m going to look completely different, it could go either way.

“I chose Miles of Smiles because it is a wonderful cause and close to my heart. I adore children and believe that MoS support the most in need”.
