Several roads across the county borough have been closed this afternoon due to flooding.

The county borough has seen significant rainfall and strong winds throughout this morning.

The adverse weather conditions have led to standing water and flash flooding across many parts of Wrexham

This afternoon Wrexham Council have confirmed that three roads have been closed due to flooding:

  • Burton Hall Road, Rossett
  • Rosemary Lane, Rossett
  • Wynnstay Lane, Plas Madoc (near to the skip site)

These will be reopened once the flood waters have receded, and if safe to do so.

More information when we have it.
