Members of the public are being asked to have their say on Wrexham’s libraries and how services could be improved.

Wrexham Council, which is undertaking the user survey, says the feedback will ‘help to understand the needs and wishes of existing customers’.

The survey focuses on the services you use at the libraries and how often you use them.

It asks participants to state the importance of services such as providing a safe hub, improving literacy, providing free reading materials and digital access.

There are questions asking for feedback on the opening hours, help from staff, layout, the external appearance of Wrexham libraries and the facilities available.

Participants are also invited to feedback on what services they believe the libraries could be offering.

All answers are voluntary and anonymous.

Cllr Beverley Parry Jones, Lead Member for Corporate Services, said, “Our libraries and the services are they provide extremely important to us all.

“A whole range of inclusive activities and services free of charge are available to people of all ages income level, location, ethnicity and physical ability.

The public user survey ends on 10 June 2024. You can take part and have your say on the yourvoicewrexham website.
