CCTV being reviewed after three incidents where stones were thrown at buses

Local police are appealing for information after three incidents where stone have been thrown at buses.

Wrexham Rural policing say Arriva Buses have had 3 incidents in Ruabon and Rhos area “whereby youths have thrown stones at the buses and caused damage”.

Police said, “We will be reviewing the CCTV footage and will circulate any images for identification.

“If anyone has any dashcam or witnessed any of the incident please contact 101 quoting the ref below:

“Ruabon 19/02/2024 – High Street Ruaboon between 18:00hrs – 20:30hrs quoting ref 24000187528 and 24000187561

“Rhos 25/02/2024 – Broad Street by the Stiwt Theatre – 22:00hrs quoting ref 24000202057”
