As ever, the board at WMH are about as much use as a catflap on a submarine! April?? WHY??
As already pointed out, the structures(traffic lights etc) are there, road markings too so why must we wait another 2 months to remove a couple of wire fences?
Were such obstacles in place at the ivory tower(HQ) end they’d be removed in a matter of hours no doubt!
    Pathetic state of affairs.

Maybe the council need a meeting now, to decide opens the fence. Could it be a job for the Mayor or another dignitary.

I watched a TV programme the other night, 24 hours in A&E. A woman goes to A&E complaining about a pain in her leg she had had the pain for a couple weeks. After spending a few hours in hospital she was told that she had Sciatica, and she was a ex nurse. she should know better. I have had Sciatica a few time’s and did not find the need to go to A&E.

Wasn’t it Adam Ant who said that.
Does anyone know why it seems most of Wrexham appears to have the new wheelie box/trolley yet some of us on do not?
Some of us have only been given a black box and a bigger food caddy..! does that mean either the the ‘chosen ‘ now pay more rates or the excluded few now pay less?
also do the chosen separate all recyclables? yet we dont? and if so does all this goto the same place to be sorted? or is everything simply thrown together and shipped off in a pile to somewhere else to be sorted?
When they delivered the trolley boxes to where I live, the lady said they would be some streets were they want be having them due to the problem they had when they done some trial’s in that area. Mainly terrace house’s.

Thanks GoM1. We aren’t currently looking for office admin. And we work in the food industry, which is squeezed for every penny! So whilst our pay rates aren’t bad, there are certainly companies out there that could pay more for the same role.

    Appreciate everyone’s help so far!

Although I’m not looking for work (retired) I find it refreshing that a company has come on here and been honest with it’s pay structure not being at the top of the scale.

The ratio must have been about 15 fans to every Police Officer– Alexandra School car park was packed with Police officers and theiur transport at 9.00am–

Assuming the Chester fans all came by bus 500 equals only about 15 coaches nit the largest number of problem fans-

Do rate payers have to pay for the out of ground Police or is it the responsability of the Football Club

    Nice bit of overtime :)

The police are not on overtime, The rate payer pays for policing outside the stadium.
It would’ve been good if they could have jncluded a 5 minute no payment period for drop-off and pick-up. I’m sure many parents drop kids off for shopping bowling and the cinema.
A lot of people are dropped of by the roundabout, some even wait while the passenger does their shopping.

Happened again today, two cars this time. Is this the time to put cameras there to catch the red light jumpers or will they wait until someone is seriously hurt or killed. Have only seen this happen with traffic coming down from Coedpoeth side so is their a problem with the lights.
