I have contacted Wrexham Council numerous times about the amount of dog fouling in the area of Newton Street Hightown with the promise that it would be removed within a couple of days. This hasn’t happened and the dog mess is still there. I thought the council was clamping down on this. I have only posted this as a last resort as I have reported this several times. what am I paying my council tax for?

I doubt that even 0.00001% of your Council Tax is allocated to cleaning-up dog sh1te.

You need to apply for a Litter Abatement Order. The courts would then demand the council to address the problem (if they agree with you). Start capturing your evidence of the issue. Unfortunately councils don’t like doing what they are supposed to and will only respond to legal action.
